QuitCallingMe

Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you use QuitCallingMe (the website at quitcallingme.com), which is operated by Brim Consulting LLC, doing business as Rhetoric First ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What QuitCallingMe is

QuitCallingMe is a record-keeping tool. It helps you organize information about unwanted calls and voicemails that you received, and prepare a summary you can share with an attorney, a regulator or anyone else you choose.

Not legal advice, not a law firm

QuitCallingMe is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. General information on the site about laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act is for education only and may not apply to your situation. Using QuitCallingMe, or sharing a packet made with it, does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or anyone else. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney.

Your account

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. Only add records of calls made to phone numbers you own or are allowed to use, and don't add other people's private information beyond what's in your own call records.

Check your records

Screenshot reading and file imports are automatic and can make mistakes, such as a misread number or date. Review what QuitCallingMe finds before you save it, and before you rely on or share a packet. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share.

Fair use

Don't use QuitCallingMe to harass anyone, to break the law, to try to get into other people's accounts or data, to overload or attack the site, or to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Don't engage with callers

For your safety, don't call spam numbers back, press keys, or share personal or financial information with callers. QuitCallingMe will never ask you to.

The service is provided as is

We work to keep QuitCallingMe running and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we don't promise any result, including any legal outcome or recovery of money. Please keep your own copy of anything important (Export for Excel).

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Brim Consulting LLC and the people behind QuitCallingMe are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site in the past 12 months (which, for a free account, is zero).

Ending your use

You can stop using QuitCallingMe and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may change, pause or end the service, and we'll try to give account holders notice so they can export their data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
