Free. Private. Built for people who are tired of robocalls.
Turn spam calls into a record you can use.
Screenshot your missed calls and voicemails, or import your carrier's call records. QuitCallingMe organizes them into a clean log, spots the repeat offenders and builds a packet you can hand to an attorney or a regulator.
- Your screenshots never leave your device. The reading happens right in your browser.
- Saved contacts are skipped automatically, so friends and family stay out of it.
- Sign in on any device and your log is there.
Without an account your log stays in this browser only. By signing up you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
How it works
Capture your calls and texts
Take screenshots of your phone's recent calls, voicemail transcripts and spam texts, or download your call history from your carrier. See exactly what to capture.
Check the list
QuitCallingMe reads the numbers, dates, names and callback numbers. You review everything and uncheck anything that looks wrong before it's saved.
Bring it to an attorney
Search your log, see who contacts you most, and create an attorney packet you can save as a PDF. Your log grows as you add new calls and texts.
What you get
- A searchable call log with dates, times, numbers and voicemail transcripts.
- The callback numbers spammers want you to dial. They change the numbers they call from, but these stay the same and are the most useful to report.
- Repeat callers and patterns: who calls most, what they're selling and how often.
- An attorney packet with a summary, sample voicemails, the laws that may apply and the full call list.
- Export to Excel any time. Your data is yours.

Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Reading screenshots happens on your own phone or computer, so there's no cost to pass on to you.
Do my screenshots get uploaded anywhere?
No. The images are read inside your browser and never leave your device. Only the text rows you choose to save (number, date, time, transcript and so on) are stored in your private account.
Which phones work?
Screenshot reading is tuned for iPhone today. Any phone can use carrier records (PDF, Excel or CSV), and Android screenshot support is coming.
I already keep a spreadsheet. Do I have to start over?
No. Use Import call log on the My call log page to bring in an Excel or CSV file, or the call history PDF from your carrier. How to get your carrier records.
Will this get me money from the callers?
Maybe, but QuitCallingMe can't promise that. Federal law (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) lets people sue over certain unwanted robocalls and texts, often $500 per call and up to $1,500 if the caller did it on purpose. Whether your calls qualify is something an attorney decides. QuitCallingMe helps you bring them organized evidence.
Is QuitCallingMe a law firm?
No. QuitCallingMe is a record-keeping tool, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Using it doesn't create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
Should I call them back to find out who they are?
No. Don't call back, press keys or say you're interested. Just save the voicemail and log the call.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. In Settings you can delete your call log or your whole account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What the law says
- Robocalls: federal law (the TCPA) generally bars recorded or AI-voice calls to cell phones without your permission.
- Do Not Call Registry: once your number has been listed for 31 days, telemarketers shouldn't call or text it. Register free at donotcall.gov.
- Texts count: marketing texts are covered by the same Do Not Call rules.
- Your rights: the law lets people sue over some of these calls. Whether yours qualify is for an attorney to decide.
General information, not legal advice. QuitCallingMe is not a law firm.
Good habits
- Don't answer, call back, or press keys. It can look like you're interested.
- Forward spam texts to 7726 and don't tap their links.
- Keep the voicemails on your phone. An attorney may want the audio.
- Report calls at donotcall.gov or reportfraud.ftc.gov.
Put QuitCallingMe on your home screen so it opens like an app.
Add screenshots
Take screenshots of your phone's recent calls list, each voicemail's transcript, and any spam text conversations. For long transcripts, scroll and take a second screenshot; QuitCallingMe stitches them together.
See exactly what to screenshot. QuitCallingMe is tuned for iPhone screenshots today. Screenshots from other phones may read less reliably while we add support.
Times like "10:05 AM" or "Yesterday" in your Recents list are counted from this date. If you include a voicemail screenshot, QuitCallingMe can usually work out the date by itself.

My call log
Talking to a real person? Tap Script on that call (or On a call now?) for the questions to ask. Your answers save to the call as you go. The Ready column shows which letter details are still missing.
Import works with your carrier's call records (PDF), an Excel file or a CSV file. You'll review everything before it's saved. How to get your carrier's records.
No calls yet. Start with Add screenshots, or import a call log you already keep.
Summary
Who's behind the calls
Company names and websites the callers gave in their own voicemails and texts. These are leads an attorney can follow up on, not proof of who is responsible. They're also in your attorney packet.

Don't visit unfamiliar links.
Calls by month
What they're offering
Callback numbers they want you to dial
Spammers rotate the numbers they call from, but the callback numbers are harder to fake. These are the most useful to report.
Numbers that called more than once
Attorney packet
Fill in your details once. QuitCallingMe combines them with your call log into a packet you can save as a PDF and send to an attorney. Your details are private to your account.
Help
Taking the right screenshots
QuitCallingMe reads three kinds of screenshots: your recent calls, each voicemail, and spam text conversations. Overlapping screenshots are fine; duplicates are merged for you.
1. Your recent calls
- Open Phone and tap Recents.
- Screenshot the list, scroll down, and screenshot again until you've covered the dates you want.
- Missed calls show in red. Saved contacts (like "Mom") are skipped automatically.
- Just one call? Tap the ⓘ next to it and screenshot its details page instead. That works too.
TranscriptionHi, this is Dana with Business Funding Services. You've been pre-approved for up to $250,000. Call me back at 555-010-7788 to finalize your file. To opt out, press 9.
2. Each spam voicemail
- Open Phone, tap Voicemail, then tap a message so its transcription shows.
- Take a screenshot. If the transcription is long, scroll and take a second one; QuitCallingMe stitches them together.
- Callback numbers, names and offers in the message are picked out for you.
Report Spam
3. Each spam text conversation
- Open Messages and tap the spam conversation.
- Take a screenshot so the sender at the top and the date and time above each message both show. For longer conversations, scroll up and take more.
- Don't reply or tap any links. Each message is logged with its date, sender, and any links or callback numbers in it.
How to take a screenshot
- iPhone with Face ID: press the side button and volume up at the same time.
- iPhone with a Home button: press the Home button and the side (or top) button at the same time.
- Android: press the power button and volume down at the same time. (Android reading is still being tuned; carrier records work great.)
Then open QuitCallingMe on the same phone, or move the screenshots to your computer, and choose Add screenshots. Set "When did you take these screenshots?" to the day you took them so "Yesterday" and weekday names turn into the right dates.
Getting your carrier's call records
Your carrier keeps a list of every call to your number. It's the most complete record you can get, and it's often easier than screenshots. Download it, then use My call log → Import call log. Outgoing calls and texts are left out automatically, and you review everything before it's saved. Carrier records include calls from people you know, so uncheck any that aren't spam.
AT&T
- Sign in at att.com on a computer and open Bill.
- Choose See usage details and pick the billing period.
- Choose View more usage details and options for your line, then See data, text, and talk logs.
- Pick Talk and download it as CSV or Excel (best) or save it as a PDF.
AT&T has offered roughly 18 months of history. Repeat for each billing period you need. Prepaid: Manage Prepaid account → Account History, up to 30 days at a time, export to PDF.
T-Mobile
- Sign in at t-mobile.com on a computer and open Usage.
- Choose Calls and select your line.
- Choose Download usage records and save the file.
Up to one year of records for postpaid plans. Prepaid customers should check T-Mobile's prepaid account pages or call support.
Verizon
- Sign in to My Verizon at verizon.com on a computer.
- Open Usage (or your Bill) and choose your line.
- Look for call details or usage details for the billing period and download or print it. Saving as a PDF works with Import.
Verizon's menus change from time to time, so the names may differ slightly. If you can't find call details online, Verizon support can tell you where they are for your plan.
Other carriers
Most carriers show call history under Usage or Bill details in your online account. Download it as a CSV, Excel or PDF file if you can. A PDF that is a scanned picture can't be read; ask for a downloadable version instead.
Put QuitCallingMe on your home screen
Adding it to your home screen gives you an app icon, so logging new calls is one tap away.

- Tap Share (the square with an arrow pointing up), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android
